cake in jar - engagement tray

I made cake in  jars for Liyana's engagement.
My noxxa oven, as usual spoilt everything.
The digital screen faded and left with only one number.
It is not under warranty anymore so I have to bear with the situation until I get a new oven.
And my baby was crying while I was doing so I have to stopped every now and then to check on her.
Hmmm...but I made them anyway- 6 of them. More pictures if I could get from Liyana

This is not red velvet. I want to make the cake orange color but turn up bright red instead.

Planned to make it ombre but it turned up like this due to my noxxa oven. :(

Gulai nenas

I made this simple dish yesterday. It is easy.

You need pineapple, any small fish (I used selar kuning), shallots, dry chillies, tumeric, shrimp paste and  tamarind juice.

Shallots,  dry chillies, tumeric, shrimp paste - pound. Or put everything into a blender.

Put into a pot with a bit of water.

Put in pineapples. Boil on small fire.

When boil, add in fish. Put in salt, a bit of sugar to taste.
