I did not check the oven when I put in the red velvet cake I made.
It was in a short while when I smell the cake.
Then I realised the tempreature was set only for the top part of the oven.
I changed to whole oven.
But it's not cooperating.
This morning I wanted to make new cake but I ended up decorating that red velvet cake.
It was a bit hard on the surface.
Hopefully it still taste ok.
